Very pale/white makeup, but not clown/Joker white. This includes neck/chest area, and hands if you are adamant about it, but is generally not needed and unadvised if you plan to wear gloves.
Maroon/dark reddish lipstick NOT BLACK!!!!!
Darken the eyebrows (which are mostly angular and have little to no curve, nor do they go down towards his eyes on the outer edges), and make a slight shady line connecting the inside corner of the eyebrows to the inside corner of the eye. Smudge for best results. Black eyeliner with points on the upper outer corners of the eye. Faint grey eye shadow, NOT black, and it should NOT connect up to the eyebrows.
Hair is roughly armpit-length, and pulled back from the top only, and maybe a tiny bit from the sides (don't get too much hair going down towards the ear, it is mostly just the front and top). Hair is wavy.
Red, blond, and blue highlights throughout the hair, but MOSTLY red and blond. Each highlight is a very thin streak of hair, but there are several of them, their color sometimes starting further down the hair (about eye level) rather than at the root.
Orange highlight on the back left, and purple on the back right (see pic for details). Various shades of blue dreads from the ponytail in addition to real hair.
