Nathan wears the same Demonia Predators throughout the film.
You can still buy these boots although the general design has changed since the hero boots were purchased in '07. The eyelets and zippers on the original shoes are black and the ones you can order now are silver. The knife holster has also changed from a full holster to a simple rectangle.
The most identifiable characteristic of these boots are the two staps about mid shin and the knife holster. In all other ways these are a very standard combat boots.
Notes from Alex regarding how they weathered the boots.
"We sanded them and then sponge painted them to look worn and leathery. We worked the straps by sanding them, sponge painting them, and then rubbing dubbin/ vaseline into the back side, We rolled them a bit so they'd look more worn and leather."
