The top is made of three pieces
1. Crystal encrusted bra
2. Leather bustier Allure Leather 11-109
3. Black leather waist cincher with buckles
The bra was provided by Paris Hilton. It was worn under the corset and only the top half is seen above the corset line. The maker of the bra is unknown but most people who have recreated this costume have hand glued rhinestones to a black bra.
The black corset is an over bust with buckling shoulder straps that criss-cross in the back. The exact version used in the film is Allure Leather 11-109

If you are going to make your own some details of note
There are studs that run along the top and bottom edges of the belt.
There is a large heavy zipper that runs the length of the front
Starting on either side of the front and running horizontally around the side there are 3 leather straps. The straps have grommets along the full length of the strap. About halfway around there are buckles. The buckles are far enough forward that they can be seen from the front when the corset is worn.

The shrug was hand sewn out of black chantilly lace. You can search for black lace boleros or shrugs or sew your own.
The skirt is made by Catherine Coatney and is referred to as a Caged O-Ring skirt. Most casts make this from connected elastic strips.
The shorts are Leg Avenue black sequin hot pants
The collar is leather with a brushed metal stripe from NorthBound Leather.
The boots are Pleaser Seduce 3050. 5" black patent thigh highs with lace ups.
