The boots used for this scene were Alexander McQueens that belonged to Sarah Brightman. If you are looking for a similar shoe they are matte black leather with spike heel and no platform.
The feathers used in the costume were coque feathers 8"-10" natural bronze with a red dye. The originals were purchased from John Bead but you need a wholesale account to purchase from them. You can buy similar feathers from tonyhill.net
The hair adornment is a spiked collar that had the ends cut off and holes punched in the ends. Small loops of elastic were strung through the holes and that is where the hair pins were attached.
It has been said that the eyelashes were Makeup Forever by Sephora. Its possible to use the Gwen style lashes to get a similar effect.
