Shirt: pale grey button-down with pattern of large, finely-outlined orchids in black, cuffs unbuttoned
Vest: black, high collar, pointed front, 9 buttons, 2 buckles on collar, bondage straps with buckles across back (see detail photos)
Black dress pants, close-fitting
Black dress shoes, pointy European-style
Black half chaps
Shirt is obviously Buckler (costume designer said most of Pavi's clothing comes from Buckler, and Repo production back view - not shown - has a black stripe down the back signature of Buckler's designs) but I have found no outside shots of the shirt.
