Graverobber's boots are Demonia Reaper-30. They do no appear to have undergone any drastic alteration or weathering techniques other than general dirtiness and wear.
They can be found easily on ebay, though at a high cost. With diligent watching, pairs can be found for as low as $35, though one should be prepared to pay at least $100 for a pair. Other online and local specialty stores may also carry them at reasonably lower prices than ebay, as it is a very popular boot.
